Return Timeframe

Customers may request a return or replacement within 3 calendar days of receiving the product.

Eligible Return Conditions

  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Exchanges are only applicable for the same item. A different product cannot be taken in place of the returned item.

How to Request a Return

  3. We will arrange a pickup (inside Dhaka) or guide you for courier return (outside Dhaka).
  4. Our Quality Control team will inspect the item within 2 working days.
  5. If approved, you will receive a replacement or refund.

Refund Options

  • Store credit: Issued within 1–3 business days, valid for 180 days
  • Online refund: Processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method (e.g., card, bKash, Nagad)

Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability
  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued

Warranty Support

After the 3-day return window, product issues are handled under manufacturer or seller warranty where applicable. Warranty does not cover:
